I set up Ian Hiscock Consulting in 2020 having spent 29 years in the John Lewis Partnership because I passionately believe employee ownership represents a better way of doing business, with employees being able to directly participate in their business and receive fair reward for their efforts.

An experienced Independent Trustee and consultant, I bring strong knowledge of employee ownership governance, culture, participation and how to get the best from the EO model for the business and employees. I recognise your company, its culture and employees are unique and will work with you to devise solutions to enhance the employee ownership experience.

I’m an experienced and highly respected facilitator, championing the benefits of collaborative working, supporting people to work together openly, honestly, and with freedom to achieve their objectives. I’ve facilitated employee elected bodies, board level strategy sessions, workshops and statutory redundancy consultations, creating environments where every participant’s contribution is heard and valued.
