Kingsland Drinks converted to majority employee ownership in July 2021. As Chair of the Trust Board, I set agendas for meetings, support the other Trustees, act as a liaison between the Trust, the Executive Board, and the minority shareholders. I have driven the creation of solid governance frameworks and built effective and constructive relationships.
